About us

How it all began…

The Flying Feet Running Program began in 2004 as a summer running program for local high school runners preparing for fall cross-country. The program quickly grew to provide year-round coaching and support to runners of all paces and experience levels.

How it works…

Flying Feet uses a periodization approach to training, with two complete training cycles each year. The winter-spring program runs from January through May. The summer-fall program runs from July through November. Each five-month program is followed by one month of rest and recovery.
