What’s your speed?

There are three programs offered through Flying Feet. If you’d like additional information, feel free to reach out by clicking here!

Flying Feet Running Program

The Flying Feet Running Program is a complete program for runners looking for an exceptional value in a program that offers everything needed for success. The running program offers:

  • Carefully structured training plans for race distances from 5K through the marathon. These plans offer flexibility so that a wide variety of runners can be successful using them.

  • Weekly coached workouts that target specific areas of physiological improvement to help runners improve both the enjoyment of running and running performance.

  • A handicap race series for program participants to practice the race tactics that are taught during the program.

  • Guidance regarding the components of training, and other essential activities for long-term success.

Flying Feet Remote Group

A remote alternative to the Flying Feet Running Program.

  • For runners who either can’t make the coached workouts, or who prefer to do the workouts on their own, a remote program is offered. This program mirrors the structure of the Flying Feet Running Program.

  • Zoom meetings with the coach every Monday evening to discuss important running topics and provide guidance for the workouts of the week.

Flying Feet Performance Program

Those who desire more personal guidance can request a spot in the Flying Feet Performance Program. Participation in the program requires additional commitments from the individual. For example, the individual must commit to learn and develop using the Flying Feet Principles and be willing to keep and submit a weekly running log to coach Griffin every Saturday by noon. Additional benefits of this program include:

  • Personalized season plans with points of emphasis and individual recommendations for the season.

  • Weekly training plan updates based on the information and log provided to coach Griffin.

  • Pre-race planning and race strategy development.

  • Post-season assessments by the participant and the coach.

  • Final documentation that includes all assessments and a complete season history.
