A coach consultation can be requested whenever a runner (or someone who wants to begin running) would like guidance about running, racing, or any related topic. A consultation includes:

1. A one-on-one Zoom call with coach Dave Griffin to discuss the requested topic(s). A phone call can be requested if preferred.

2. A follow-up email from the coach to outline the discussion and the guidance provided. An email discussion can be used for clarification and additional guidance.

3. Additional guidance by email as needed.

If you would like to request a consultation, the cost is $75 which can be paid via PayPal or credit card prior to the Zoom call.
